Appellant was convicted by the court, sitting as a jury, of two counts of burglary, Ark. Stat. Ann. 41-1001 (Repl. 1964), and two counts of grand larceny, Ark. Stat. Ann. 41-3901 (Repl. 1964). He was sentenced to six years in the Arkansas Department of Correction on each charge, to run concurrently, with the further order that he serve one-third of the sentence before becoming eligible for parole.
